what would be a good estimate for yearly cost of insurance on a harley?

-ok i live in rural south western VA
-bike is 1580 cc i think?
-im 19
-not sure which company I will use but i have cars with one company already
-liability
-bike value: 15k
and i have taken the MSF class so that gets a discount
to ftw:
i wasnt sure how much it was worth, this bike was a hand me down from my passed grandfather. so to me it is priceless

FTW, liability covers the other guy, not the bike.
Around here, insurance is expensive. I have no idea why.
My liability policy costs me about $360/6 months through Allstate.
Yeah, that's with the safe driver discount (20%)
I don't run the minimums, and I get the uninsured driver medical coverage too (that's $25).

Exact same price.
Some will say I pay too much but it's favorably camparable to any quote from my local independent insurance broker, and I know who and where my agent is.
